Seattle Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks is about to bear surgical procedure after struggling a season-ending anterior cruciate ligament damage.
Kendricks tore his ACL in opposition to the San Francisco 49ers, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll advised reporters on Monday.
An NFL Tremendous Bowl champion with the Philadelphia Eagles, Kendricks damage his knee within the third quarter of Seattle’s 26-21 loss to San Francisco on Sunday.
“Appears like he’ll want surgical procedure,” Carroll stated in his information convention. “He has an ACL damage that he should take care of.”
After 4 appearances in his first season with the Seahawks, Kendricks performed 14 video games in 2019.
The Seahawks are scheduled to face the Eagles within the NFC wildcard sport on Sunday.
