The supermodel posted a snap of herself sporting the black-and-white-checked Tommy Hilfiger chapeau, which got here from the designer’s collaboration with “Spider-Man” actress Zendaya, to her 28.5 million followers on Sept. 9.
“@zendaya made this hat so I shall put on this hat till I can now not put on this hat anymore @tommyhilfiger,” Hadid wrote.
The photographer who snapped the picture claims the supermodel had no proper to put up it and is infringing on his copyright, based on Manhattan Federal Court papers.
Brooklyn shutterbug Timur Mishiev is looking for unspecified damages.
