No doubt about it, Arthur Gunn is a weapon.
The American Idol hopeful made one of the best of his audition, as season 18’s Hollywood Week” kicked off.
Born in Kathmandu, Nepal and primarily based in Wichita, Kansas, Gunn blew away the judges with a rendition of Otis Redding’s 1968 music “Hard to Handle” (additionally lined in 1990 by Black Crowes).
The 20-year-old singer and songwriter strapped on an acoustic and impressed together with his rugged bluesy voice. Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan and Katy Perry demanded extra, they usually obtained what they needed.
“He jogs my memory of Bob Marley,” Richie later informed his fellow judges. “The spirit that got here off that stage, oh my god.”
Gunn already has a rabid following on YouTube, and video of his Idol efficiency has caught fireplace. Check it under.
